Lonzo Ball is reportedly on the move to Cleveland, marking a new chapter after his long road back from injury.
According to multiple reports, the Chicago Bulls have agreed to trade guard Lonzo Ball to the Cleveland Cavaliers in exchange for forward Isaac Okoro as part of the summer trade shuffle.
Cavaliers receive:
- Lonzo Ball
Bulls receive:
- Isaac Okoro
Ball made his return to action during the 2024–25 season after missing two full years due to multiple left knee injuries. In February, the Bulls extended Ball’s contract by two years. However, his comeback campaign was limited to just 35 games because of a right wrist issue. He averaged 7.6 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 3.3 assists.
On the other side of the deal, Okoro heads to Chicago after averaging 6.1 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.2 assists last season. The versatile forward was originally drafted by Cleveland with the 5th overall pick in the 2020 professional basketball draft.
