The Genshin Impact 5.8 livestream has dropped, bringing with it fresh redemption codes that reward players with bonus Primogems, Hero’s Wit, Mystic Enhancement Ore, and Mora—perfect for wishing on the new or returning characters arriving in the upcoming update.
For those unfamiliar with HoYoverse’s routine, the developer hosts a special livestream every six weeks for each of its games, where they unveil the latest version’s content—ranging from events and quests to new and rerun characters.
What’s Coming in Version 5.8?
The headline addition in this update is Ineffa, a brand-new five-star Electro polearm-user. Alongside Ineffa’s debut, we’re also getting banner reruns for Mualani, Chasca, and Citlali. If you missed out on them before, now’s your chance to grab them.
5.8 Livestream Redemption Codes
These codes are time-limited and usually expire within 24 hours, so be sure to redeem them as soon as possible:
- Ineffa0730Birgitta – 100 Primogems + 10 Mystic Enhancement Ore
- Summer0730Asha – 100 Primogems + 5 Hero’s Wit
- TranquilBanquet – 100 Primogems + 50,000 Mora
How to Redeem Genshin Impact Codes
To redeem codes, you’ll first need to reach Adventure Rank 10, which is fairly easy to achieve in the early game. Once you’ve done that, you can redeem codes through two methods:
In-Game Method
- Launch Genshin Impact
- Open the Paimon Menu
- Go to Settings > Account > Redeem Code
- Enter your code and confirm
- Collect your rewards from the in-game mailbox
Website Method
- Go to the Genshin Impact Code Redemption Page
- Log in with your HoYoverse account
- Select your server and character nickname
- Enter a code and click Redeem
- Check your in-game mailbox for rewards
