Stream the Epic Farewell: Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath’s Final Show

Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath Set for Historic Final Performance – Here’s How to Watch Live

Rock legends Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath will reunite for a once-in-a-lifetime farewell concert — and fans around the globe can stream the historic moment.

The event, titled “Back to the Beginning,” will take place on Saturday, July 5 at Villa Park — the iconic home of Aston Villa Football Club in Birmingham, England, the birthplace of Black Sabbath.

Ozzy Osbourne will first take the stage solo before reuniting with Black Sabbath for a powerful set featuring the band’s original lineup: guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer Butler, drummer Bill Ward, and Osbourne himself. This will mark their first performance together since 2005. (During Black Sabbath’s 2017 “The End” tour, drummer Tommy Clufetos filled in for Ward.)

The star-studded event boasts a massive hard rock lineup, headlined by Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, Slayer, and many more. Surprise collaborations are expected, with appearances from artists like Sammy Hagar, Billy Corgan, Jake E. Lee, and Tom Morello, who is also serving as the show’s music director.

“This will be the greatest heavy metal show ever,” Morello declared in the official press release earlier this year.

A Fitting Farewell for a Metal Icon

According to wife and longtime manager Sharon Osbourne, Ozzy was eager to give fans a proper goodbye. After she suggested hosting the final concert in Birmingham, Ozzy personally reached out to the original members — and to fans’ delight, they all agreed.

While Osbourne may perform seated due to health challenges, it wouldn’t be a first in rock history. (Axl Rose and Dave Grohl famously performed from thrones during their respective injuries.)

Since his last full concert at OzzFest 2018, Osbourne has battled several health issues, including Parkinson’s disease and a recent tumor diagnosis. In 2024, he began undergoing stem cell therapy in hopes of making this final show a reality.
